Terms and conditions

The agreement between you and iSonic Media when you use this service.

Last updated 14 September 2026

By creating an account or using the tool you accept these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to agree to them for that company.

What the service does

You submit a brief — a keyword, an audience, a location and a few other details. The service reads the pages currently ranking for that keyword, writes an original draft, generates a featured image, runs automated quality checks, and emails you the finished package.

Plans and credits

Who owns the articles

You do. Once an article is generated and paid for, it is yours to publish, edit, sell or ignore. We claim no rights over it and we do not resell it to anyone else.

What you brief us with stays yours too. We use it to produce your article and for nothing else.

What we do not promise

We would rather say this plainly than bury it.

Using it sensibly

Do not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, that impersonates a real person or organisation, that promotes hatred or violence, or that is designed to deceive readers about who wrote it or who is selling to them. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do these things, without a refund of credits already used.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. It depends on third-party providers — search data, AI models, payments — and any of them can have an outage. If a run fails to start, your credit is returned.

Cancellation and refunds

Set out in full in the refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limit of liability

If something goes wrong and it is our fault, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the problem arose. We are not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost rankings, lost opportunity.

Nothing here removes rights you have under Indian consumer law.

Closing an account

You can close yours at any time by emailing us. Closing stops all future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We may close an account that breaches these terms, or that we are required to close by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
