Who we are

iSonic Media operates this service. For questions about your data, write to reply@isonicmedia.ai.

What we collect

WhatWhy
Name and email To create your account, sign you in, and send you the articles you ask for.
Password Stored only as a one-way hash. We cannot read it, and neither can anyone who obtained a copy of our files. If you sign in with Google we hold no password at all.
IP address Written to the submission log for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and used once to work out which currency to show you. The currency lookup is stored as a country code against a scrambled form of the address.
Your briefs The keyword, audience, location and other fields you fill in. We need them to produce the article, and we keep them so you have a record.
Generated articles Kept so the copy link in your email keeps working.
Payment records Plan, amount, currency, date and the Razorpay reference. We never see or store your card details — those go directly to Razorpay.

Who else sees it

Producing an article means sending your brief to services that do parts of the work. The relevant parts of your brief are shared with:

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Cookies

One cookie, used to keep you signed in. It holds a session identifier and nothing else. There are no advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Where it is kept

Account records, briefs and articles are stored as files on our server, in a folder that is not reachable from the web. Passwords are hashed. Access is limited to the people who run the service.

We are honest about the limits here: no system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

How long we keep it

What you can ask for

Email reply@isonicmedia.ai from the address on your account and we will action it within 30 days. There is no charge.

Some records survive deletion where the law requires it — payment records being the main example.

Children

This is a tool for businesses. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about children.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will email you. The date at the top always shows when it was last revised.
